Dr Richard Yesaya Shukia (PhD)

Senior Lecturer & JUU Afrika Consultant

Dr Richard Yesaya Shukia (PhD) is a Senior Lecturer in Education, Child Psychology, Early Childhood Development, and Innovative Pedagogy at the University of Dar es Salaam. He serves as a consultant and advisor with JUU Afrika, overseeing content development, pedagogy, and research.

Cleophance Ng'atigwa (Cleng'a)

CEO/Artistic Director

Cleophace Ng'atigwa (Cleng'a) has worked with children in learning through the arts for many years. He was a co-founder of UBONGO Kids, and is known throughout Tanzania as the creator and the voice of the beloved character Mama Ndege.

Education Consultant & Co-founder UBONGO Kids

Thomas Ng'atigwa is a consultant to Juu Afrika. He was also a co-founder of UBONGO Kids and wrote many of the early scripts. He was the first education director of UBONGO Kids.

Bertha Shayo

Accountant

Bertha Shayo is an Accountant with twenty years relevant work experience in both profit making and non profit organization. She is able to design and implement processes improvements, manage grants and processes to ensure accurate results and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Dorothy Attilio Seng'ingo

Dorothy Attilio Seng'ingo

Office Manager & Administration Specialist

Dorothy Attilio Seng'ingo holds a diploma in office management from Tanzania Public Service College (TPSC) and a Certificate in computer studies from Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT). She has participated in various workshops and courses on entrepreneurship, administration and office management, inclusive education, and disability issues.

Research & Evaluation Specialist

Stansilaus James Marobo Mtesigwa is a highly motivated and dedicated professional with over five years of combined experience in academia, research, and project management. He possesses a proven track record of designing and executing large-scale, impactful research projects for esteemed international organizations such as the World Bank and PLAN International.
