What we collect
Contact forms, volunteer applications, partnership requests, donation enquiries and newsletter sign-ups may include your name, email, phone, organisation, location, skills and the message you send us. Volunteer CVs are stored only to assess an application.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to you, run programmes, complete safeguarding checks and keep a record of organisational correspondence. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and application records for as long as needed to complete the request and meet legal, audit or safeguarding duties, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
Email info@juuafrika.or.tz to update or delete information we hold about you, unless we must keep it for safeguarding or the law.
